Scope of Work Defined. The purpose of this Master Agreement is to memorialize terms of the contract under which Participating States/Purchasing Entities can obtain Professional Grade Tools and Diagnostic Equipment in furtherance of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program. The objective is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

Scope of Work Defined. The goal of this Master Agreement is provide a vehicle in which Participating States/Purchasing Entities can obtain Automated External Defibrillator (AED) units, accessories, and service and support options in furtherance of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program. The purpose of this Master Agreement is to contract with qualified offerors to provide AED units, accessories, and service and support options for all Participating States. The objective is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

With the volatile speed of technology designs, growing demands and unique customizable configurations, these bands shall remain flexible and may be redefined during the life of this contract. It is the intent upon award to have an offering of Good, Better, and Best to allow for utilization for both small and large public safety organizations. Note: the following items will not be included in this contract award: Body Armor, LED Light Bars, Public Safety Radios, Radar, and Lidar Equipment. These items are on separate NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreements. There are 3 Product Bands included in this Master Agreement. Each band is awarded equally, and end user may purchase from either or all bands referenced. BAND 1: Body Worn Video Cameras and Recording Devices To include, but not limited to: Mobile Camera and Recording Equipment which is not permanently installed on a fixed surface. This may be attached to a person, mounted on the chest, belt, hat, or glasses etc. Equipment shall be able to capture video from the Officer’s perspective and store the recorded video on a secure hosted website, or secure local storage solution. BAND 2: Vehicle Mounted Video and Recording Devices Includes permanently mounted video equipment. Intended use is for police vehicles, public transit, school buses, and other public safety vehicles. Additional, products can be proposed and available for use by a variety of law enforcement applications, which may also include state police, marine police, corrections, game and inland fisheries, forestry, border surveillance, educational campuses, as well as local fire departments and other emergency first responder needs. BAND 3: Video Storage, Data Security, Software, and Peripherals This band will include all supporting equipment and/or services for video storage, including Government cloud services or local secured storage systems. Data management tools, software with related maintenance and/or license fees, related peripherals.   • Scope of Works (a) Users with an appropriate licence type may be able to create and access Scope of Works. (b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.
