Scorecard Rewards. If you have our Platinum Rewards Card; for every purchase you make you earn Bonus Points with the ScoreCard Rewards program. Purchases made by or for a business or for business purposes and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions do not earn points. We may discontinue the Score Card Rewards service at any time. Scorecard Rewards. Customer will earn 1 point for each dollar on net purchase (purchase minus any credits or returns) only. No points are earned for finance charges, fees, cash advances, balance transfers, ATM withdrawals, foreign transaction currency conversion charges and convenience checks used to access your Account. Your account must be open and in good standing (i.e., not cancelled, delinquent, terminated, over the limit, or otherwise not available for your use as a payment method) at the time your order is received for processing. Issuer reserves the right to suspend your participation in the Program until the Account is in good standing. The Reward points will be applied to the earned months statement. Points have no cash value. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit; used with any other offer, promotion or discount; combined with cash to obtain any Awards; or earn from or transferred to any other credit card, account or rewards program, unless otherwise specified. Points will expire 48 months from the time they are earned.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Performance Evaluations 34.1. The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.

  • Performance Evaluation The Department may conduct a performance evaluation of Contractor’s Services, including Contractor’s Subcontractors. Results of any evaluation may be made available to Contractor upon request.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 8.1 The performance of each Employee in relation to his/her performance agreement shall be reviewed on the following dates with the understanding that reviews in the first and third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:
