SDK License. You are required to purchase an SDK License for the Software that is in use in your Application. Each SDK License includes one Developer Build License. Included in the purchase of each SDK License is one year’s worth of maintenance as defined in section 6 at 20% of the purchase price and the right to deploy new licenses as defined in 3(b) at 16% of the purchase price. Should you wish to continue to receive maintenance services and deployment rights as further defined in 3(b), a fee of 20% and 16%, respectively, of the license price is required and payable prior to the end of the existing maintenance and deployment term.
SDK License. A. Provided Licensee pays to Avaya the applicable license fee (if any), Avaya hereby grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense, except as set forth in 2.1B(iii)) under the Intellectual Property of Avaya and, if applicable, its licensors and suppliers to (i) use the SDK solely for the purpose of Licensee's internal development efforts to develop applications, interfaces, value-added services and/or solutions, workflows or processes to work in conjunction with Avaya products; (ii) to package Client Libraries for redistribution with Licensee’s complementary applications that have been developed using this SDK, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein; (iii) use Specification Documents solely to enable Licensee’s products, services and application solutions to exchange messages and signals with Avaya products, systems and solutions to which the Specification Document(s) apply; (iv) modify and create Derivative Works of the Sample Application Code, Specification Documents and Documentation solely for internal development of applications, interfaces, workflows or processes for use with Avaya products, integration of such applications, interfaces, workflows and processes with Avaya products and interoperability testing of the foregoing with Avaya products; and (v) compile or otherwise prepare for distribution the Sample Application Code with Permitted Modifications, into an object code or other machine-readable program format for distribution and distribute the same subject to the conditions set forth in Section 2.
SDK License. Any software development kits (SDK) consisting of sample code, Documentation and API are provided to you under a limited license to the SDK solely for your internal use to develop integrations with the Products. You may not reproduce, disclose, market or distribute the SDK or any applications containing any executable versions of the SDK to third parties or over the internet, or use the executables in excess of any restrictions that may be contained in an Order. The license to the SDK terminates when your license to the underlying Products or Evaluation License terminates.
SDK License. 5.1 JetBrains grants you a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the SDK subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement.
5.2 You may install, run, and use any number of copies of the SDK and one copy of SDK Compatible Software solely to design, develop, and test plugins to JetBrains SDK Compatible Software as further designated on JetBrains’ website and in accordance with applicable SDK and SDK Compatible Software documentation. You may also profile SDK Compatible Software running your plugin for the purpose of profiling your plugin. Use of a particular SDK Compatible Software is subject to further terms and limitations available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal.
5.3 You may not modify, adapt, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of (or combine with or integrate into another work) the SDK, SDK Compatible Software, or any part thereof.
SDK License. Beyond Identity grants Company a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to use the SDK, together with applicable documentation, any sample code, and any sample applications provided with the SDK, to create APIs solely in connection with Software for Company’s internal business purposes.
SDK License. According to the terms of this License Agreement, Sportradar grants you a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the SDK solely according to the terms set out below.
SDK License. Verint grants to Customer, and Customer accepts a nonexclusive, nonassignable, and nontransferable limited license to use the SDKs made available to Customer through the Portal Services solely by Customer’s Personnel for Customer’s internal business operations to create Interface Applications for use in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of the SDK by Customer, Customer’s Personnel or any other party authorized hereunder shall at no time be used for any purpose other than the integration of a Verint offering to a product provided by Customer or its third party licensors.
SDK License. If authorized, Partner may obtain a Software Developer’s Kit (SDK) for use with certain Software, which allows Partner to create new tables, business objects and UI forms in accordance with the SDK Documentation.
SDK License. TatukGIS grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install the SDK on an appropriate number of computers for use by a single, named developer who must be registered to the license in the TatukGIS system. No person other than the registered licensed developer may use the SDK in any way under this license. You agree to provide TatukGIS with all information required to enable TatukGIS to keep the SDK licensed developer registry accurate and up to date, including promptly informing TatukGIS of any subsequent transfer of the license to a new developer.
i) You may distribute (deploy) compiled applications created from using the SDK to an unlimited number of computers/workstations, free of any TatukGIS royalty or run-time charges, subject to the following restrictions:
(1) The SDK cannot be used to create an SDK product, component library, other derivative work, or any application which exposes the TatukGIS API (application program interface), methods, classes, functions, or properties (such as in the meaning of scripting functionality).
(2) The SDK may not be used to create an application which is competitive to the TatukGIS Editor or any other TatukGIS product. (The TatukGIS Editor is a Client Application produced and marketed by TatukGIS). For purposes of clarification, a competitive application is one that, in the judgment of TatukGIS, contains sufficient features found in the TatukGIS product to make it a technical substitute for the TatukGIS product and is marketed or distributed to the general public GIS user market. This includes applications created from the SDK which are provided free of charge.
(3) The use of the SDK to develop a Server Application is subject to a per server deployment royalties and licensing stipulations consistent with the licensing of a TatukGIS Server Application.

Avaya further grants Licensee the right, if the Licensee so chooses, to package Client Libraries for redistribution with Licensee’s complementary applications that have been developed using this SDK, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Where SDK includes Specification Document(s), Licensee is granted a license to use such Specification Documents solely to enable Licensee’s products, services and application solutions to exchange messages and signals with Avaya products, systems and solutions to which the Specification Document(s) apply. Avaya’s support obligations for the SDK, Sample Application Code and any Derivative Works are set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement. contingent upon the following: (i) Licensee may use and modify the Sample Application Code, Specification Documents and Documentation solely for internal development of applications, interfaces, workflows or processes for use with Avaya products, integration of such applications, interfaces, workflows and processes with Avaya products and interoperability testing of the foregoing with Avaya products, (ii) Licensee must ensure that the modifications made to the Sample Application Code as permitted in clause (i) of this Section 2.1B are compatible and/or interoperable with Avaya products and/or integrated therewith, (iii) Licensee may compile or otherwise prepare for distribution the Sample Application Code with Permitted Modifications, into an object code or other suitable program format for distribution, provided that such sublicense is subject to an end user license agreement that is consistent with the terms of this Agreement and, if applicable, the Avaya DevConnect Program Agreement, and is equally as protective as Licensee’s standard software license terms, but in no event...
