Sea Trials. The times and numbers specified in this Clause shall apply unless otherwise stated in the Specification.
Sea Trials. Employees performing duty at sea in a vessel prior to its formal acceptance are to be paid an additional allowance of:
a. $126.69 per 24-hour period or part thereof from date specified in sub-paragraph G2.1a;
b. $129.22 per 24-hour period or part thereof from date specified in sub-paragraph G2.1b; and
c. $130.51 per 24-hour period or part thereof from date specified in sub-paragraph G2.1c.
Sea Trials. If Seller or G&H request any systems inspections, dockside inspections or sea trials before delivery of goods or completion of the services in connection with a vessel, the inspections or trials will be carried out at Seller’s expense and scheduling of sea trials shall be subject to the mutual agreement of the Seller and G&H.
Sea Trials. The cap of 15 hours of compensation for employees working under this appendix will be lifted. Employees will now be compensated at the straight-time rate for all regularly scheduled hours of work and unworked hours aboard the vessel. Time worked in excess of regularly scheduled hours will be compensated at applicable overtime rates.

Sea Trials. 42.a In recognition of the difficult conditions an employee is required to work under while conducting situation while on extended periods of sea trials, the following clause sets out conditions of payment of a Harbour/Sea Trials allowance.
Sea Trials. Upon satisfactory completion of Dock Trials, and satisfactory correction of any defective or non-compliant Work, Builder shall take the Vessel on Sea Trials immediately prior to its intended delivery to Owner to demonstrate that the Vessel and its machinery, equipment, and systems operate satisfactorily while the Vessel is in service and that Builder has constructed the Vessel in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable requirements of the Regulatory Authorities.
Sea Trials. Section 1. It is the policy of the Shipyard that all qualified persons are assured equal opportunities to participate in sea trials without regard to gender.
Section 2. Unit employees assigned to duties on board a ship will be accorded accommodations and related berthing facilities as determined by the Commanding Officer of the ship to which assigned. All unit sea trials riders will be provided with a blanket and sleeping accommodations.
Section 3. Any problems requiring immediate resolution while at sea shall be referred via the employee's chain of command to the Senior Shipyard Officer aboard (or to the Senior Shipyard Civilian, in the event that no Shipyard Officer is aboard).
Section 4. All hours worked and eating and sleeping hours will normally be certified, when required, by each employee's assigned sea trial supervisor/coordinator.
Section 5. All unit sea trials riders determined to be in a "2/3 rule standby status" will be paid sixteen (16) hours of work/standby time for each 24-hour period at sea. However, when actual work is performed for more than sixteen (16) of the twenty-four (24) hours, the employee may receive payment in excess of sixteen (16) hours.
Section 6. The specified eight (8) hours allowed each employee for sleeping and eating will be at the discretion of his/her supervisor, the Trial Director, or Senior Shipyard representative as applicable. The total allowed time for sleeping will normally be divided into no more than two
Sea Trials. Employees who are taken from their regular work to make up a crew for sea trial trips and deliveries will, while engaged thereon, be paid as follows: Each twenty-four (24) hour period will be divided into four
Sea Trials. For the purpose of establishing the time of watches, the first watch shall start no less than six (6) hours prior to the scheduled sailing time and shall start at 6 o’clock or 12 o’clock. In the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning with the first watch each employee on the trial trip shall receive not less than eight (8) hours’ straight time pay. Employees making the trip shall receive a notice of at least twenty-four (24) hours before sailing date except when emergency situations prevent such notice being given.
