Seasonal Rates. The seasonal rate application will be prorated such that summer rates apply to all customers from June 1 through September 30 beginning in 2021. Staff and Company will collaborate on tariff language and billing units to implement this change. Ameren Missouri shall meet with Staff and OPC regarding billing cycle start dates prior to its next rate case.
Seasonal Rates. Employees hired during the seasonal period shall receive the rate of $11.00 per hour. be paid no less than the State minimum wage.
Seasonal Rates. The Settling Parties agree that the S-EV Rate Tariff will utilize seasonal differentiation for on- and off-peak TOU energy rates in the eight winter months (October through May) and the four summer months (June through September), as defined. This seasonal differentiation is reflected in the S-EV Rate Tariff Table below. The Settling Parties agree that the S-EV Rate Tariff will reflect TOU energy rates such that, including all rate riders, the total on-peak TOU energy rate shall be approximately 1.91 times the total off-peak energy rate for both the summer and winter seasonal rates.
Seasonal Rates. For seasonal licenses, the annual rate for periods up to four months of operation is one-half the annual rate; for each additional month the rate is 1/12 the annual rate. The seasonal rate will in no case be more than the annual rate.
Seasonal Rates. If the Premise is only open seasonally, the fees due for periods up to four (4) months of operation are one-half (1/2) of the annual license fee. For each additional month or partial month the fee is increased by one-twelfth (1/12) the annual license fee. In no event shall the fees for seasonal performances be more than the annual license fee.
Seasonal Rates. On October 1, we invite our campers in good standing to renew their site for the next season— November 1 to October 31. This annual term represents a twelve month commitment between the Park and you, the customer. All Site fees must be paid in full by May 1. There are Two basic forms of billing:
