Section 10.11.1 Sample Clauses

Section 10.11.1. 18 Employees shall be given a minimum of ten (10) paid workdays notice in writing prior to any 19 reduction in the work force.
Section 10.11.1. 30 Any employee on a leave of absence due to an industrial accident or industrial illness has the 31 right upon return from the leave to make application for open positions and will be given 32 preferential consideration for the same or similar position held prior to the start of the leave.
Section 10.11.1. 23 The leave request shall be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, and appropriate route 24 schedules are prepared and left with the employee’s supervisor or designee.
Section 10.11.1. 31 An employee who resigns will give, by written notice to the District Office, two (2) weeks’ notice 32 of resignation.
Section 10.11.1. 24 Employees on layoff status shall have preferential status for substitute work within any 25 classification the employee is qualified.
Section 10.11.1. 43 Employees on layoff status shall provide in writing their current contact information with the 44 personnel office of the District and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing 45 (including email) of any changes. An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment if the 46 employee does not comply with the requirements of this Section or if the employee does not 47 respond to the offer of reemployment within ten (10) days.
