Section 21.05 Distribution of Overtime. A. Overtime work shall be distributed as equitably as practical among employees within the same job classification. It is understood by both the Employer and the Association that because of the nature of police and emergency dispatch work there will be mandatory overtime requirements for all employees. The procedure to administer this mandatory overtime equitably among all officers and dispatchers will be implemented as set forth in section B below. The Association has the right to bargain the impacts of changes to the overtime distribution procedure to the full extent of PECBA requirements.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked.
