Security Supervisor. (a) Content of Scope of Works for guard posting at contracted sites / work instructions i. Knowledge of scope of works of all Eskom sites under his supervision ii. Will train all guards according to scope of works and work instructions applicable for specific site (e.g. Eskom park offices). iii. Guards posted on site according to request for site with Grade C, company ID card and PSIRA ID card. Operational equipment as per contract scope of work on site must all be in place when guard is posted. iv. Security Company will be responsible for their own accommodation, meals and transport – NO guard will stay on Eskom site. v. All sites to have 24-hour communication – cell phones, fixed dial, panic buttons, radios. vi. Emergency files with all company procedures in on site. vii. All sites will have manpower file with details of guards. viii. No guard will be removed or changed at sites before Eskom Security Risk Management Supervisors are notified verbally and a written report submitted of the reason, details of guard and details of replacement guard. ix. All sites will be visited as and when required with relevant patrol schedule issued by Eskom Security Risk Management. x. Weekly site visit reports must be completed, fully and correctly, and submitted no later than 16h00 every Wednesday (week Thursday to Wednesday). xi. When a site has been visited, an OB report must be written in site OB. OB report must contain the following information: 1. Name of guard on duty 2. Time / date of visit 3. Details of supervisor who made visit 4. Stance of operational equipment 5. Firearm inspected (where necessary)

Security Supervisor. One person must be assigned to the event regardless of the number of participants in the event.
Security Supervisor. Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of officers for management and support at no additional cost to the City and must meet criteria applicable to the security guard. “Supervisor” means guards who perform the same work as security guards, that demonstrate the ability to provide direction and guidance, in exercising independent judgment to effectively recommend to hire/promote, discipline, assign, reward or adjust the grievances of subordinate personnel. Supervisors are not shift leads. A designated roaming or mobile supervisor who can be onsite within ten (10) minutes shall also serve as sufficient supervision.
Security Supervisor. Landlord will pay for one-fourth ( 1/4) of the cost of one (1) lobby security guard between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, on a monthly basis at the actual rates charged by security company. Tenant will continue the management of their security staff. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, arrange for any additional security required by Tenant for any special events hosted by Tenant in the Building. Landlord will pay up to the sum of $3,000.00 for installation by Tenant of an elevator security system in the parking garage elevators, provided that such installation is approved in advance by Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. As long as Tenant remains the only tenant in the Building, up to two (2) employees of Tenant may be trained on the card reader system for employee badges and such trained Tenant employees may have access to the Building security system for employee badges for the purpose of updating Tenant’s security badges only. Tenant shall be fully responsible and liable for any negligence or willful misconduct of employees of Tenant arising out of access to the security system or harm to the security system caused by an employee of Tenant.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Security Assessment If Accenture reasonably determines, or in good faith believes, that Supplier’s security practices or procedures do not meet Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement, then Accenture will notify Supplier of the deficiencies. Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request. Security issues identified by Accenture will be assigned risk ratings and an agreed-to timeframe to remediate. Supplier will remediate all the security issues identified within the agreed to timeframes. Upon Supplier’s failure to remediate any high or medium rated security issues within the stated timeframes, Accenture may terminate the Agreement in accordance with Section 8 above.

  • Security Safeguards Contractor shall store and process District Data in accordance with commercial best practices, including implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that are no less rigorous than those outlined in SANS Top 20 Security Controls, as amended, to secure such data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and use. Contractor shall ensure that all such safeguards, including the manner in which District Data is collected, accessed, used, stored, processed, disposed of and disclosed, comply with all applicable federal and state data protection and privacy laws, regulations and directives, including without limitation C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq., as well as the terms and conditions of this Addendum. Without limiting the foregoing, and unless expressly agreed to the contrary in writing, Contractor warrants that all electronic District Data will be encrypted in transmission and at rest in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-57, as amended.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care. 11.2 To ensure that employee concerns involving excessive workloads are effectively dealt with by Management the following procedures should be applied: (a) Step 1: In the first instance, employee/s should discuss the issue with their immediate supervisor and, where appropriate, explore solutions. (b) Step 2: If a solution cannot be identified and implemented, the matter should be referred to an appropriate senior manager for further discussion. (c) Step 3: If a solution still cannot be identified and implemented, the matter should be referred to the Facility Manager for further discussion. (d) Step 4: The outcome of the discussions at each level and any proposed solutions should be recorded in writing and fed back to the effected employees. 11.3 Workload management must be an agenda item at staff meetings on at least a quarterly basis. Items in relation to workloads must be recorded in the minutes of the staff meeting, as well as actions to be taken to resolve the workloads issue/s. Resolution of workload issues should be based on the following criteria including but not limited to: (a) Clinical assessment of residents’ needs; (b) The demand of the environment such as facility layout; (c) Statutory obligation, (including, but not limited to, work health and safety legislation); (d) The requirements of nurse regulatory legislation; (e) Reasonable workloads (such as roster arrangements); (f) Accreditation standards; and (g) Budgetary considerations. 11.4 If the issue is still unresolved, the employee/s may advance the matter through Clause 9 Dispute Resolution Procedure. Arbitration of workload management issues may only occur by agreement of the employer and the employee representative, which may include the union/s.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.
