Patrol Schedule. For the duration of this MOU, the current 4/10 shift schedule shall be the core shift in patrol. There shall be no 5/8 shift schedule in patrol for the duration of this MOU.

Patrol Schedule. Subject to Sections A and B on this Article, the schedule for Employees assigned to Patrol shall be the ten (10) hour rotating shift plan and ten (10) hour midnight shift in effect as of the first day of this Agreement. The City shall notify the F.O.P. President in writing thirty (30) days in advance of any change from the ten (10) hour rotating shift, and the F O.P. shall have the right to meet with the City Administrator on a timely basis to discuss the change prior to implementation. The City is not required to bargain to impasse concerning a change in the hours, hours of shift, times, days or duration of any shift.
Patrol Schedule. The Patrol work schedule rotation shall be 2 days on 2 days off, followed by 3 days on 2 days off, followed by 2 days on and 3 days off, on a continuous 2-2, 3-2, 2-3 rotation which provides for alternating weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) off. There will be two Platoons of Patrol Deputies “A” and “B”, each platoon consists of four groups of patrol deputies working twelve-hour shifts. The two dayshift groups shall work either 5:00 A.M. to 5:00P.M. or 6:00A.M. to 6:00P.M., and the two nightshift shift groups shall work either 5:00P.M. to 5:00A.M. or 6:00P.M. to 6:00A.M. The Annual Patrol Schedule when posted shall reflect each Platoon’s scheduled workdays and shifts, each year. Each spring when daylight savings time is implemented, employees working the affected night shift shall begin their tour of duty one (1) hour early and work twelve (12) consecutive hours. Each Fall when daylight savings time concludes, employees working the affected night shift shall work their regularly scheduled hours and be compensated at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's regular rate of pay for the additional hour worked. Posting for shift preferences will be made on September 1st, with preferences to be made by September 15th, with employees to be notified of their shift by October 1st, to be effective January 1st. The October 1st deadline for notification may be extended by mutual agreement. Shifts will be awarded based on seniority within position.

  • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY.   • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A. 4.2. Any delay of services or change in sequence of tasks must be approved in writing by Delaware. 4.3. In the event that Vendor fails to complete the project or any phase thereof within the time specified in the Contract, or with such additional time as may be granted in writing by Delaware, or fails to prosecute the work, or any separable part thereof, with such diligence as will insure its completion within the time specified in this Agreement or any extensions thereof, Delaware shall suspend the payments scheduled as set forth in Appendix A.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.
