Senior Geophysicist. This individual shall have a degree in geophysics, geology, geological engineering, or a closely related field, and shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to the geophysical mapping, detection and discrimination of buried military munitions. This individual has overall responsibility for design, implementation, and management of all geophysical investigations required for the work effort related to military munitions, but may not necessarily be on-site full time. This individual shall be the project geophysicist-of-record.

Alternatively, the Senior Geophysicist must have a degree, approval as a technical assessor for the DAGCAP (AGC accreditation) programand equivalent demonstrated proficiency with advanced geophysical methods and concepts related to munitions response, and posses 10 years of directly related UXO geophysical experience. To assure credit for experience provide the letter from USACE proponents (including DAGCAP accreditation) with the resume.
Senior Geophysicist. The Contractor shall propose and submit the resume for one (1) individual to fulfill the Senior Geophysicist Key Personnel role who shall be responsible for geophysical survey design, dynamic data collection, cued data collection, and in developing a validation plan. The individual proposed as the Senior Geophysicist can be an employee of the prime or key teaming partners. The minimum qualifications for the Senior Project Geophysicist are: (1) A BS degree in geophysics, engineering geophysics, or closely related field and professional registration as a geologist/geophysicist (2) A minimum of 10 years relevant MEC experience including a demonstrated proficiency with advanced geophysical classification methods and the theoretical and practical aspects of detecting and selecting a wide range of targets of interest (TOI) (3) Experience in the selection and utilization of various types of geophysical instruments and ancillary components to include high-precision global positioning systems, inertial motion sensors and the software used to control and integrate the geophysical system as a whole. (4) Shall be a member(s) of the Project Geophysicist personnel cited in the Offeror’s DAGCAP accreditation.

This individual shall be the project geophysicist-of-record. 5.4.2.2.1 If the Senior Geophysicist is associated with the organization accredited with the DoD Advanced Geophysical Classification Accreditation Program then alternately, the Senior Geophysicist must meet the qualifications IAW 5.4.2.2 and the DoD Quality Systems Requirements for Advanced Geophysical Classification (DOD QSR) 2.0 or latest version. 5.4.2.2.2 If the Senior Geophysicist is not associated with the organization accredited with the DoD Advanced Geophysical Classification Accreditation Program and advanced geophysical methods are a part of the technical approach at the Task Order level, then a Geophysical classification organization (GCO) shall be used IAW DOD QSR 2.0 or latest version and to be in compliance with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Policy Memo dated 11 April 2016 and the Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) AGC Policy Memo dated 6 January 2017.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 9:01 No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. The Employer shall not meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the proper authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, a representative of the Union shall be the spokesperson. In order that this may be carried out, the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its Officers and representatives.   • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsman in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsman himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7, 14 and 15, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsman are exercised.
