SENIOR POLICE OFFICER PROGRESSION. A. The base rate of pay for Senior Police Officer Intermediate shall be three percent (3%) over the top step Police Officer base rate of pay. To achieve Senior Police Officer Intermediate the officer must complete thirty-six (36) calendar months of employment, obtain a “competent” or better performance rating in all applicable categories, and possess an intermediate POST certificate.

SENIOR POLICE OFFICER PROGRESSION. A. Police Officers with less than one (1) year’s prior sworn law enforcement experience who are employed or appointed by the District following the date of this Agreement may progress to the Senior Officer classification following satisfactory completion of the twelve (12) calendar month probationary period and an additional thirty-six (36) calendar month period. Police Officers with more than one (1) year’s prior police experience, who are employed or appointed by the District following the date of this Agreement may progress to the Senior Officer classification following satisfactory completion of the twelve (12) calendar month probationary period and an additional twenty-four (24) calendar month period.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager.
