Seniority and Benefit Accumulation. An employee shall retain and continue to accumulate seniority while on all approved leaves of absence unless otherwise specifically provided in one of the Leave of Absence sections in this Agreement. There shall be no duplication or pyramiding of leave benefits or types of absence.
