Pre-Investigatory Interview Disclosure. Employees covered hereunder shall be fairly and accurately apprised of the allegations and known basic facts of any incident prior to questioning as part of any internal investigation or disciplinary hearing. In the event an internal investigator deems it necessary to interview or take a written statement from an employee as part of an internal investigation, the employee will be provided notice of his or her Xxxxxxx Rights. In the event the incident for which the employee is to be questioned was captured on their body worn camera, the employee shall have an opportunity to review that footage prior to any questioning as part of any internal investigation.
