SENIORITY AND VACATION SCHEDULING. In the case where concurrent vacations will cause undue harm or hardship to the Employer’s operations, vacations will be granted first on the basis of seniority among those Employees who have children under the age of 18 who attend school or daycare, and second on the basis of seniority among remaining Employees.
