SENIORITY OF STEWARDS. Not withstanding their position on the seniority list, Stewards and the Local President shall, in the event of a layoff of any type, be continued at work as long as there is a job in the district which they can perform and shall be recalled to work, after a layoff, on the first job in the district which they have successfully performed in the past.
