Common use of Seniority Preference Clause in Contracts

Seniority Preference. In the event of layoff and so long as there is work available which they are able to perform, the following officers of the Union during their term of office only shall be considered as having leading seniority only as applied to layoff and recall after layoff: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Recording Secretary and ten (10)

Seniority Preference.
