Seniority Status During Parental Leave. While on maternity leave an employee shall retain her full employment status.
Seniority Status During Parental Leave. An employee on parental leave retains his/her full employment status and rights and accumulates all benefits under this collective agreement. If the employee elects to terminate employment with the Employer rather than return to work from such parental leave, the employee must refund to the Employer the amount of premiums paid during the period of parental leave.
