Seniority Tie Breaker. In the event that two (2) or more employees are tied with identical seniority status as otherwise provided within this contract, then the tie breaker used to determine which person shall be placed ahead of the other(s) shall be Civil Service test score. In the event that test score does not resolve the tie, then date and time stamped on initial application shall be used.
