SERVICE CREDIT ESCALATION. In the event of a Severity Level 1 issue that is not resolved sufficiently quickly as determined in the City’s sole discretion, City may escalate the problem to Contractor's Chief Technology Officer.

SERVICE CREDIT ESCALATION. If Contractor does not respond within the time frames set forth above, City may use the escalation procedures as provided in this Section. The goal of the escalation procedures will be to (i) resolve the specific problem as quickly as possible; and (ii) ensure that future delays in service response times are prevented. At each stage of this process, the individuals occupying the positions listed below, or their functional equivalents, if the titles within the organizations have changed, will confer and attempt to resolve the relevant issues. Each party understands that depending on the circumstances, it may be impossible to reach one or more of the individuals set forth below. These discussions may occur by telephone, videoconference, or in person. Escalation at each step of this process will occur based on City determination that the existing level of involvement is not satisfactorily resolving the problem. The focus of this process is to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The escalation path will proceed as follows:

  • Service Credit Time spent on authorized leaves of absence without pay will count towards seniority, including service credit for annual step increases, layoff purposes, and for computing the amount of vacation leave, provided the employee is properly returned to service and is not serving a probationary period. Employees that do not return to service from a personal leave of absence shall not receive service credit for the time spent on such leave.

  • Service Credits Employees on pregnancy leave shall be entitled to normal accumulation of service credits for the duration of the pregnancy leave.

  • Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.

  • Military Service Credit Permanent HMC employees who are veterans or their unmarried widows/widowers shall have added to their unbroken service the veteran’s active military service to a maximum of five (5) years in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

  • Service Level Commitment IBM provides the following service level commitment (“SLA”) for the Cloud Service, after IBM makes the Cloud Service available to you.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: Assessed Capacity (Clause 1.3) % of prescribed rate 10%* 10% 20% 20% 30% 30% 40% 40% 50% 50% 60% 60% 70% 70% 80% 80% 90% 90% * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.
