Service/Lite Commercial Work Criteria. Scope: • Glass ReplacementNot to exceed four (4) EMPLOYEES five (5) days with UNION approval. • Vinyl Windows. • Mall work with notification on the targeting website. • Storefronts, stand alone fast food chains, strip shopping centers. • No swing work. • All door repairs (Glass hardware, caulking, framing). • All door and framing replacement – with Xxxxxxx being the only trade on the job. • All caulking, new or replacement. • Window hardware. • Window replacement, mirror installation and shower doors. • Revolver door service. • Automatic door service to be allowed. • Skylight or slope glass replacement above 24 feet (24’) with notification on the targeting website. • Service/Lite Commercial EMPLOYEES can be used on targeting jobs with notification through the targeting website. • Acknowledging the new criteria needed for the Service/Lite Commercial industry circumstances will be considered for UNION approval. • Additional scopes may be considered on targeted projects. • When an EMPLOYER employs Service/Lite Commercial EMPLOYEES and the demand requires additional labor, a Glassworker can be used on service work if no additional Service/Lite Commercial EMPLOYEES are available. • No ratios for Service/Lite Commercial EMPLOYEES on targeted jobs or targeted scopes. Current targeting practices would apply. • Service/Lite Commercial EMPLOYEES can be used outside the jurisdiction of COUNCIL with notification.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.
