Service Qualifications. The Company is notifying Customers who have elected Gas Transportation Service of the risks of transportation reasonably known at the time the Customer begins transporting gas. Service Qualifications. All Contract bidders must attach a copy from each equipment manufacturer or other supporting documents verifying their ability to service and repair all equipment as listed. The bidders must attach a list of qualified repair shops that will be doing service work on MDT equipment. The service work bid shall include all costs for equipment repair and/or maintenance work sublet to other service centers. The Contact Vendor must be able on demand to supply the MDT with a copy of the service work completed on survey equipment that complies with specification traceable back to the National Bureau of Standards (NBS). This item is a condition for award of the contract.
Service Qualifications. A Casual Employee who is required to perform rookie lifeguarding duties in either ocean water or non- ocean water areas as defined by clause 1.3 (Definitions) of the Agreement. A rookie lifeguard shall work under the supervision of a lifeguard and their service as a rookie lifeguard will not count towards the service requirements for the remainder of the classification structure. A rookie lifeguard will be under 18 years age.
