Service Retirement. For all employees who retire with service from the City of Pleasanton, the City shall pay four percent (4%) for each year of service of the City’s contribution toward the monthly premium for employee and one dependent.
Service Retirement. On termination of the agreement of which this SLA is a part Timewax's service to the Client will cease on the date of dissolution of the agreement. In consultation with the Client Timewax will make available the Client's data in a digital form at a time yet to be agreed in more detail. On termination of the agreement Timewax will deny the Client access to the Software. After handing the Client's data to the Client Timewax will also proceed to destruction of the Client's operational environment in the Facility of Timewax, including all the Client's data.

Service Retirement. For all employees who are hired on or after July 1, 2012 and retire from service, the City shall provide the following benefit: The City shall pay for each year of service equivalent to four percent (4%) of the City’s contribution toward the monthly premium for single coverage.

Service Retirement. The severance of an Eligible Employee’s employment, upon satisfying the retirement age and retirement service requirements specified in the SBCERA Retirement Plan.
Service Retirement. An eligible employee who shall retire before his Regular Retirement Age, but after he has completed at least 30 years of Accredited Service, shall receive:
(a) an immediate monthly Retirement Pension equal to the Benefit Level multiplied by the number of years (and fraction thereof) of his Accredited Service at the time of retirement;
(b) a Special Retirement Supplement payable from the commencement date of his monthly pension;
(c) in addition, an eligible employee who has retired voluntarily prior to age 60 and after having completed at least 30 years of Accredited Service shall receive a Bridge Benefit payable from the latter of:
(i) the first of the month nearest his attainment of age 60 or, if the employee retired voluntarily on or after December 1, 1993, the first of the month nearest his attainment of age 58 and ;
(ii) the commencement date of his monthly retirement pension;
(d) in addition, an eligible employee who has retired voluntarily after age 60 and after having completed at least 30 years of Accredited Service shall receive a Bridge Benefit payable from the commencement date of his monthly retirement pension.
Service Retirement. If you were hired before April 1, 1975, you are eligible to continue coverage after retirement if you have completed five years of service with the District, and are either qualified for retirement as a member of a retirement system or are at least 55 years of age, and you are enrolled in the program at the time of retirement. If you were hired after April 1, 1975, you are eligible to continue coverage after retirement if you have completed ten years of service with the District, and are either qualified for retirement as a member of a retirement system or are at least 55 years of age, and you are enrolled in the program at the time of retirement.
