Seven-Day Notice. The Union will advise the Employer, in writing, when any employee has failed to acquire or maintain Union membership as required by this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of said notice, the Employer shall advise said employee(s) that they will no longer be scheduled for hours of work on the subsequent weekly schedule until said employee(s) give evidence of compliance or the Union notifies the Employer of such compliance. Failure to comply within seven (7) days after removal from the schedule said employee(s) shall be terminated, if such termination is not in violation of existing law. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless in any and all claims and/or causes of action which arise out of or are in any way connected with the Employer’s compliance with this provision.

Seven-Day Notice. Upon the failure of any employee to tender his initiation fee or dues to the Union within the period, and under the conditions specified in Section 3 above, the Union shall notify the Employer and the employee in writing of such notice, and not more than seven (7) days thereafter, the Employer shall discharge such employee, unless the Union has notified the Employer that the employee has satisfied the requirements for good standing.

If within such 24-hour period the Purchasers shall not have delivered any notice to Sellers, then Purchasers shall be deemed to have waived the condition set forth in Section 6.03(a) with respect to the information set forth in the Seven-Day Notice. (c) Notwithstanding any affirmative response or deemed waiver by Purchasers under Section 5.04(b), if prior to Closing Purchasers learn any new or additional information relevant to the satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 6.03(a), then whether such condition is satisfied shall be determined based on all information available at such time, including the matters disclosed in or pursuant to the Seven-Day Notice.

A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.

  • Notice to Bargain a) Where central bargaining is required under the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014, notice to bargain centrally shall be in accordance with Sections 31 and 28 of that Act, and with Section 59 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
