Shift A - Afternoon Shift. (i) The afternoon shift consists of eight and one-half (8 1/2) consecutive hours of scheduled time, made up of eight (8) hours of paid work time and one-half (1/2) hour of unpaid time for a lunch break. This shift shall be scheduled between 12:00 hours and 24:00 hours. (ii) A premium of nine percent (9%) of the hourly straight-time rate shall be paid for all hours worked. All shift premiums are paid only on straight-time earnings for the hours actually worked during the shift.
