Common use of Shift C – Night Shift Clause in Contracts

Shift C – Night Shift. (i) The night shift consists of eight and one-half (8 ½) consecutive hours of scheduled time, starting on or after 23:00 hours and ending at or before 08:00 hours. The shift is made up of eight (8) hours of paid work time and one-half (1/2) hour of unpaid time for a lunch break.
