Apprentice Selection. The first apprentice after the core group and every second one thereafter recruited for each job shall be selected by the Union. The second apprentice after the core group and every second apprentice thereafter recruited for each job shall be selected by the employer.

Apprentice Selection. (a) A C.A.T.V. Training Program Committee shall be established. It shall include a representative of Local 213 of the I.B.E.W. The Committee shall be composed of equal representation from the Employer and the Employer’s Technical Employees.

The Union/Company Apprentice Selection Committee shall utilize a 60% passing level as a minimum entrance standard to the apprentice program.
Apprentice Selection. All apprentices shall enter the program through the JATC, or its subcommittee, as per the properly registered apprenticeship standards and selection procedures. No candidate shall be assigned to work as an apprentice until they have been properly selected and indentured.
