Common use of Shift Work Overtime Clause in Contracts

Shift Work Overtime. For all time worked in excess of the nominal working hours (ie more than 8 hours per day/38 hours per week, on a weekend, or a public holiday) prescribed by this Agreement on a shift, an Employee shall be paid in accordance with the overtime provisions in this Agreement.

Shift Work Overtime.
