Shop Stewards Recognition. It is recognized that shop stewards may be elected or appointed by the Union from time to time and the Employer will be kept informed by the Union of such appointments or elections. (i) Is given a reprimand which is to be entered on the employee's personnel file. (ii) Is suspended or discharged.
