Short Adoption Leave or Paid Adoption Leave. To be entitled to short adoption leave or paid adoption leave during a period, an eligible employee must also give the employer, at the required time, a written application containing the required information, in accordance with section 305 of the Act.
Short Adoption Leave or Paid Adoption Leave. An employee may take short adoption leave or paid adoption leave to which he or she is entitled at any time within the period of three (3) weeks starting on the day of placement of the child.
