Sick and Personal Leave. The Superintendent shall be granted fifteen (15) sick leave days and, in addition, shall be granted four (4) personal leave days per year.

Sick and Personal Leave. a. The Superintendent shall will be granted entitled to twenty (20) days of sick leave in the first year of this agreement and fifteen (15) days of sick leave per year in subsequent years; the Superintendent may accumulate up to a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) days.
b. The Superintendent shall receive three (3) personal days andper contract year with pay, in addition, which shall not accumulate from year to year.
c. Additional days of sick and/or personal leave may be granted four (4) personal leave days per yearat the sole discretion of the Committee.
