Sick Bank Committee. The Sick Bank Committee shall be composed of four bargaining unit employees to be selected in any manner determined by the TESA/MEA/NEA and one administrator to be selected by the Board. The TESA/MEA/NEA representatives shall hold membership on the committee for such terms as determined by the Association. Any application approval by the committee shall be by a majority vote of the entire committee.
