Common use of Sick Leave Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Accumulation. A. An employee shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar month of service in which he/she works one-half (½) or more of scheduled duty days. B. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate from year to year to an unlimited amount.
