Common use of Sick Leave Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Accumulation. Sick leave accumulation shall be unlimited. All full-time classified bargaining unit employees shall be entitled to one and one-fourth (1 1/4) days of sick leave per calendar month for employment unless on leave of absence, or a total of fifteen (15) days per year. All sick leave accumulation is rounded up to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour.
