Common use of Sick Leave Accumulation Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Accumulation. A. Employees shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar month of service in which he/she works twelve (12) or more complete days. B. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate from year to year to an unlimited amount.
