Common use of Sick Leave Credit Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Credit. For employees still covered by the East Bay Regional Park District Employees’ Retirement Plan, upon retirement an employee's earned but unused sick leave days (less any amount taken in pay) under Article 24.6 shall be added to the employee's credited months of service for the purpose of computing retirement benefits.
