Sick Leave Deductions. A deduction shall be made accumulated sick leave credits of all working hours exclusive of holidays absent for sick leave. Sick leave shall be defined as leave with pay when an employee is unable to perform regular duties the result of sickness, or injury, which is not compensable, by the Workers' Compensation Board.
