Sick Leave General Illness. An Employee unable to work due to illness or injury for a period not exceeding three (3) consecutive days may be granted general illness leave with pay. The maximum number of days that may be approved is eighteen (18) days per year (April 1 to March 31). Sick days are not cumulative.
