Sick Leave Pay. 13.01 a) Employees appointed to permanent positions shall accumulate sick leave at on the rate following basis: during their first ten years of employment, one and one- quarter (1 %) working days per month. over ten years of employment, one and one-half (1½) 1 working days per month to a maximum month. the total unused accumulation of 130 days while actively employed but not during leave of absence whether it is due to illness or otherwise. Probationary Employees are not entitled to sick leave. Upon completion of the probationary period, an Employee shall be credited with 4½ days sick leave. Employees with accumulated sick leave of shall not exceed one hundred and thirty ninety-four (130194) days or in excess of one hundred and thirty working days. Employees shall not be paid for absence from work due to sickness during their first three (1303) days months' employment. Following three (3) months' continuous employment, sick leave credit shall be credited yearly with eighteeninclude credit for the first three (3) months.
