Common use of Sick Leave Payoff Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Payoff. An employee, upon retirement or death, shall be paid for up to 750 hours of their accumulated sick leave.

Sick Leave Payoff. An employee, upon retirement or death, shall employee may elect to be paid for up to 750 hours one-half (½) of their any accumulated sick leaveleave in excess of two hundred (200) hours upon his/her retirement, layoff or death. No other payment for accumulated sick leave shall be made upon termination of employment.
