Sick Time Donation. A. An employee within the bargaining unit may donate a cumulative total of up to sixteen (16) hours of his/her accumulated sick leave to no more than two (2) persons, per contract year year, to another unit members member who are is off work for an authorized illness or injury, and have exhausted has used all available compensation. The donating employee must have at least five (5) years seniority, and two hundred fifty (250) hours of accumulated sick time. This Section will be dependent upon approval of the Xxxxxx County Board of Commissioners in each case. Decision of the Board shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
