Signage, etc. (a) Subject to (b) below, not to affix, erect, paint, attach or otherwise exhibit or permit or suffer so to be upon any part of the exterior of the Premises or the windows thereof any name, writing, drawing, sign-board, plate, placard, poster, sign post, flag pole, television, radio or wireless mast or advertisement whatsoever Provided Always that subject to the approval of the Landlord which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld as to the size, materials to be used and design and content, the Tenant shall be at liberty to affix its name on the entrance door of the Premises and to have its name and location shown on a notice board giving the names of the tenants in the Building which shall be provided by the Landlord in the entrance foyer of the Building and at such other areas as the Landlord may provide and Provided Always that any signage shall be at the Tenant's own cost and expense.

Signage, etc. As soon as is reasonably practicable after the Closing, the Buyer Group shall cause the Companies to cease to use or employ in any manner, directly or indirectly, in any signage or other interior or exterior design feature of the theaters and any other premises owned or operated by the Companies any trade name, trade xxxx, service xxxx or logo using or including the words "United Artists" or any logo or xxxx currently used by the Companies in connection therewith, or any other trade name, trade xxxx, service xxxx or logo using or including the "United Artists" name or logo or which is deceptively similar thereto. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Companies may continue to use such trade names, trade marks, service marks and logos for such reasonable period of time, but in no event later than December 31, 1997, as may be reasonably practicable to modify such signage or other interior or exterior design feature.

Signage, etc. Lessor hereby consents to Lessee's use and display on the Premises of such exterior and interior signs, posters, promotional materials, and equipment, furnishings, and decor as are currently required by Franchisor pursuant to the Franchise Agreement. In the event that such requirements are changed in the future, Lessor agrees that it will not unreasonably withhold its consent to Lessee's compliance with such changes. In the event that local ordinances or zoning requirements prohibit the use of the Franchisor's standard signage, Franchisor will not unreasonably withhold its consent to the modification of its standard signage to comply with such requirements.

  • Signage Landlord retains absolute control over the exterior appearance of the Building and the Project, and the exterior appearance of the Premises as viewed from the Common Areas. Tenant will not install, or permit to be installed, any drapes, furnishings, signs, lettering, designs, advertising or any items that will in any way alter the exterior appearance of the Building, the Project or the exterior appearance of the Premises as viewed from the Common Areas. Any sign, advertising, design, or lettering installed by Tenant shall be considered an Alteration and shall be subject to the provisions of Article 15; provided that Landlord shall have the right to withhold its consent to the same in its sole and absolute discretion. All signage rights granted to Tenant under this Lease are personal, and may not be assigned or transferred without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent Landlord may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. Tenant may (a) require Landlord to install, at Landlord’s sole cost and expense (as to Tenant’s initial signage, and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense thereafter): (i) Building Standard signage in the directory (if any) located in the ground floor lobby of the Building, and (ii) identification signage of the type prescribed by Landlord’s signage program identifying Tenant by its business name in a location within the Common Areas on the floor of the Building on which the Premises is located as is called for by Landlord’s signage program. Tenant may, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, place in any portion of the inside of the Premises not visible from the exterior of the Building or from outside of the Premises such identification signage as Tenant shall desire. All signage described in this paragraph (other than the directory signage described in clause (a), above) shall be treated as Tenant’s Personal Property with respect to Tenant’s obligation to remove the same at the expiration or early termination of this Lease.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
