Collection Provisions. 2.01. Contractor should maintain records of those residential lots provided with garbage collection service by Contractor within the District, the number of containers of garbage collected by Contractor on a weekly basis, and upon request will provide such records to District.
2.02. Contractor shall collect garbage from customer-provided container(s) and shall pick up and remove all garbage located within a ten (10) foot radius thereof. Contractor shall pick up all waste located outside of and within a ten (10) foot radius of any container utilized for such collection when such waste has been clearly designated for pickup by written instructions appended to the container by an occupant or owner of the premises upon which such container is located. The total quantity for pickup at any one time shall not exceed four (4) cans.
2.03. Contractor shall perform collection service on Monday of each week unless Contractor is prevented by circumstances beyond his control from providing such service on said day of each week.
2.04. Weekly collections shall commence on or after the hour of 7:00 a.m. and shall be completed as soon thereafter as feasible.

In addition to the weekly collection services, Contractor shall make available as many as two, (6) cubic yard capacity dumpster bins as shall be required by District at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx and as deemed needed by District and shall, once a week, or as required, collect garbage, trash and waste accumulated therein and dispose of the same as herein provided. The Contractor shall make special amends to provide adequate dumpster capacity and service in order to maintain the site compliant with Placer County Department of Environmental Health codes and ordinances during the holiday periods of Christmas, New Year’s,

For distances exceeding 10 feet for curbside pickup, or 25 feet for bear boxes, residents shall arrange directly with Contractor to service the location for an additional fee, to be collected by Contractor.

Contractor will collect the trash and waste as needed during such weekly clean-up program and after the termination thereof.
2.06. In lieu of Contractor providing an annual spring Fire Safety Day, Contractor will make available to the District up to twenty discounted large debris boxes (any mix of 20-yard and/or 30-yard sizes) for placement of clean, source-separated Green Waste material generated by residents within the District. Discounted boxes ordered by the District will be charged at 50% of the corresponding MSW debris box rate(s).
2.07. Contractor shall provide an annual curbside collection Christmas Tree Recycling Program for trees that are cut into three (3) foot segments and free of foreign matter (e.g. tinsel, flocking, lights, stands, nails) for one week during the month of January at the discretion of the Contractor.

2.05. In addition to the weekly collection services, Contractor shall make available up to (12) cubic yards of dumpster capacity at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx to be serviced once weekly. The Contractor shall make additional dumpster capacity available at this site during one-week holiday periods for July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, Presidents’ Day, and Memorial Day sufficient to help the District remain in compliance with local health codes and ordinances. This dumpster capacity is intended for ordinary household waste generated by day-to-day activities (excludes re-modeling projects), by residences within the District included within the parcel count and paying for garbage service via the parcel charge. Should it be necessary for Contractor to service more than 12 yards in weeks other than during the above holiday periods, Contractor may xxxx the District prevailing dumpster rates for the additional services provided. Recognizing that this represents a change in the 2022-23 operating year from past years, Contractor agrees to work in good faith with the District in addressing and resolving excess trash issues at this site before charging the District for additional services provided.

Collection Provisions. Prior to Vendor collecting and/or gaining access to any education records under this Agreement, District may request that the Vendor shall provide District with its then- existing breach-remediation plan, subject to the execution of a mutually agreed upon non-disclosure agreement. In addition, District may request that vendor provide District with a complete list of all data elements to be provided by District and/or collected by Vendor under this Agreement, including metadata.
