Special Event Coverage. Events such as Parades, Community celebrations, etc, shall be posted as far in advance as possible with the number of personnel needed to cover the particular event. Employees in both the Reserve and Part-Time classifications shall be granted special event work based on seniority and number of previous hours worked in a Special Event. Preference shall be given to Reserve employees for Special Event coverage.

Special Event Coverage. If Management determines that the regularly scheduled on-duty personnel cannot provide adequate coverage to staff a Special Event, adequate additional personnel to cover the event shall be obtained, using either PRN or full-time off-duty personnel. The District shall first request volunteers, but if none are available, the District may require off-duty personnel to provide coverage, on a rotating basis. Compensation for such coverage shall be at each employee’s appropriate regular, premium, or overtime hourly rate of pay, with a four (4) hour minimum.
Special Event Coverage. Employees may adjust their normal work schedule for planned special events occurring on their days off. When adjusting to or from a normal weekly work schedule to a weekend weekly work schedule, the adjustment shall occur within the same pay period.

  • Termination of Coverage This Contract may be terminated as follows:

  • Interest Coverage The Company will not permit the ratio of Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense (in each case for the Company’s then most recently completed four fiscal quarters) to be less than 2.50 to 1.00 at any time.

  • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.

  • Minimum Interest Coverage The Borrower will not permit the ratio of EBITDA to Consolidated Interest Expense as at any fiscal quarter end for the four fiscal quarters then ending to be less than 3.00 to 1.0.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Duration of Insurance Contribution An employee is eligible for School District contributions as provided in this Article as long as an employee is employed by the School District. Employees whose employment terminates during the school year will be eligible for insurance and district contributions to insurance through the end of the month in which they terminate provided they pay the employee portion of the insurance premium for that month. Otherwise, the employee’s insurance will terminate as of the last day of employment.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Continuation of Coverage If your coverage is terminated, you may be eligible to continue your coverage in accordance with state or federal law. In accordance with R.I. General Laws §. 27-19.1, if your employment is terminated due to one of the following reason, your healthcare coverage may be continued, provided that you continue to pay the applicable premiums. • Involuntary layoff or death; • The workplace ceasing to exist; or • Permanent reduction in size of the workforce. The period of this continuation will be for up to eighteen (18) months from your termination date, but not to exceed the period of continuous employment preceding termination with your employer. The continuation period will end for any person covered under your policy on the date the person becomes employed by another group and is eligible for benefits under that group’s plan.

  • Continuation of Optional Coverages During Unpaid Leave or Layoff An employee who takes an unpaid leave of absence or who is laid off may discontinue premium payments on optional policies during the period of leave or layoff. If the employee returns within one (1) year, the employee shall be permitted to pick up all optionals held prior to the leave or layoff. For purposes of reinstating such optional coverages, the following limitations shall be applicable. For the first twenty-four (24) months of long-term disability coverage after such a period of leave or layoff during which long-term disability coverage was discontinued, any such disability coverage shall exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions. For disability purposes, a pre-existing condition is defined as any disability which is caused by, or results from, any injury, sickness or pregnancy which occurred, was diagnosed, or for which medical care was received during the period of leave or layoff. In addition, any pre-existing condition limitations that would have been in effect under the policy but for the discontinuance of coverage shall continue to apply as provided in the policy. The limitations set forth above do not apply to leaves that qualify under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
