Special Event Insurance. Licensee shall, during the performance hereof, keep in full force and effect an Event Liability insurance Policy of comprehensive general liability and property damage insurance with respect to the Event for which the facility is being used, and in which the limits of liability shall be not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall name Owner as additional insured. A certificate of insurance shall be deposited with Owner prior to the date of the date of the Event.

The policy shall name Owner, the Diocese of Madison, and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as additional insureds. A certificate of insurance shall be deposited with Owner prior to the date of the Event. If the Licensee does not have an applicable policy for which liability coverage can be utilized, Special Event Coverage will be purchased through Catholic Mutual Group per their guidelines.
Special Event Insurance a. Within thirty (30) days of the Event, Customer shall, at its own cost and expense, either (i) obtain a Special Event Insurance Policy which includes comprehensive commercial general liability coverage, with contractual liability endorsement, in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), combined single limit, for any one occurrence for bodily injury, including death, property damage liability and contractual liability; or, in the event that Customer has similar coverage under an existing policy of insurance, (ii) extend such policy so that the Event Venue is the place designated thereunder.
Special Event Insurance. Xxxxxx shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance in a minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and shall name the City of Napavine as an additional insured on any policy so maintained. Special Event Insurance. Xxxxxxx House requires all parties to purchase special event insurance. Insurance can be obtained through any insurance broker you choose. You may choose to use XX Xxxxxx & Associates Insurance Brokers, Inc.; they can be reached at 1-800-364-2433 or xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The minimum premium is approximately $100.00 but may differ depending on the type of event and number of people. We require all renters to carry $1,000,000/2,000,000 personal liability. If Alcoholic beverages will be served on the premises you must add a host liquor liability. Please include medical coverage of $1,000. Special Event Insurance. All renters holding an event at the USU Alumni Center must obtain special events insurance coverage for an amount of at least $1,000,000. Utah State University must be named as an additional insured to said policy. Proof of such insurance must be submitted to the Alumni Center no later than one week prior to the scheduled event. Special events insurance may be obtained from many insurance providers, including some homeowner's insurance agents.   • Retirement Insurance To qualify for retirement life, dental, and vision insurance benefits an employee must accumulate ten (10) years METRO seniority, attain the age of 50 years or more and retire under the provisions of PERS while an employee of METRO. Dental, life, and vision plan coverage shall be provided by METRO until the retired employee reaches age sixty-five (65).

  • Duration of Insurance Contribution An employee is eligible for School District contributions as provided in this Article as long as an employee is employed by the School District. Employees whose employment terminates during the school year will be eligible for insurance and district contributions to insurance through the end of the month in which they terminate provided they pay the employee portion of the insurance premium for that month. Otherwise, the employee’s insurance will terminate as of the last day of employment.

  • Application of Insurance Proceeds Grantor shall promptly notify Lender of any loss or damage to the Collateral. Lender may make proof of loss if Grantor fails to do so within fifteen (15) days of the casualty. All proceeds of any insurance on the Collateral, including accrued proceeds thereon, shall be held by Lender as part of the Collateral. If Lender consents to repair or replacement of the damaged or destroyed Collateral, Lender shall, upon satisfactory proof of expenditure, pay or reimburse Grantor from the proceeds for the reasonable cost of repair or restoration. If Lender does not consent to repair or replacement of the Collateral, Lender shall retain a sufficient amount of the proceeds to pay all of the Indebtedness, and shall pay the balance to Grantor. Any proceeds which have not been disbursed within six (6) months after their receipt and which Grantor has not committed to the repair or restoration of the Collateral shall be used to prepay the Indebtedness.

  • Accident Insurance It is highly recommended that either the Sending Institution or the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise provide insurance coverage to the trainee, and fill in the information in Table B or C accordingly. The trainee must be covered at least by an accident insurance (damages caused to the trainee at the workplace) and by a liability insurance (damages caused by the trainee at the workplace).

  • TERMINATION OF INSURANCE A. Your policy will lapse if you do not pay your premium when due.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.
