Special Students. The Board will give support and assistance to teachers with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline. Whenever it appears that a particular pupil requires the attention of special counselors, social workers, or law enforcement personnel, the teacher shall advise the principal, and if the principal concurs, steps shall be taken to provide such special attention as is required. In-the event of a disagreement, the teacher may appeal the decision to the Superintendent or designee.
Special Students. The Board/Administration will immediately notify any bus driver who is required to transport any special or handicapped children on their bus route as soon as the Board/Administration is aware of the situation. The bus driver shall be given as much information as necessary to effectively cope with these special circumstances.

Such consideration 16 shall be based upon extra effort which may be required of the 17 teacher assigned such students. The presence of such students in 18 a classroom shall not, however, change the number of students 19 counted for purposes of determining maximum class size.

  • Students Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules.
