Special Tests. If Producer or Gatherer desires a test of any Measurement Facilities not scheduled by a Party under the provisions of Section 9.3, two Days’ advance notice shall be given to the other and both Producer and Gatherer shall cooperate to secure a prompt test of the accuracy of such equipment. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be within the range of accuracy set forth in Section 9.3(b), then the Party that requested the test shall pay the costs of such test including any labor and transportation costs pertaining thereto. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be outside the range of accuracy set forth in Section 9.3(b), then the Party that owns such Measurement Facilities shall pay such costs and perform the corrections according to Section 9.5.

In the event a Party desires a special test (a test not scheduled by a Party under the provisions of Section 11.6) of any Measurement Facilities, seventy-two (72) hours advance notice shall be given to the other Party and both Parties shall cooperate to secure a prompt test of the accuracy of such equipment. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be within the range of accuracy set forth in Section 11.6(b), then the Party that requested the test shall pay the costs of such special test including any labor and transportation costs pertaining thereto. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be outside the range of accuracy set forth in Section 11.6(b), then the Party that owns such Measurement Facilities shall pay such costs and perform the corrections according to Section 11.8.
Special Tests. In the event a Party desires a special test (a test not scheduled by a Party under the provisions of Section 10.3) of any Measurement Facilities used in measuring or checking the measurement of volumes of Fresh Water or Produced Water under this Agreement, seventy-two (72) hours advance notice shall be given to the other Party and both Parties shall cooperate to secure a prompt test of the accuracy of such equipment. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be within the range of accuracy set forth in Section 10.3(b), then the Party that requested the test shall pay the costs of such special test including any labor and transportation costs pertaining thereto. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be outside the range of accuracy set forth in Section 10.3(b), then the Party that owns such Measurement Facilities shall pay such costs and perform the corrections according to Section 10.5.
Special Tests. If Producer or Gatherer desires a special test (a test not scheduled by a Party under the provisions of Section 11.5) of any Measurement Facilities, seventy-two (72) hours advance notice shall be given to the other and both Producer and Gatherer shall cooperate to secure a prompt test of the accuracy of such equipment. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be within the range of accuracy set forth in Section 11.5(b), then the Party that requested the test shall pay the costs of such special test including any labor and transportation costs pertaining thereto. If the Measurement Facilities tested are found to be outside the range of accuracy set forth in Section 11.5(b), then the Party that owns such Measurement Facilities shall pay such costs and perform the corrections according to Section 11.7.
Special Tests. In the event a Party desires a special test (a test not scheduled by a Party under the provisions of Section 5.4) of any measuring equipment, seventy-two (72) hours’ advance notice shall be given to the other Party and, after providing such notice, such test shall be promptly performed. If no Material Measurement Error is found, the Party requesting the test shall pay the costs of such special test including any labor and transportation costs pertaining thereto. If a Material Measurement Error is determined to exist, the Party responsible for such measurement shall pay such costs and perform any corrections required under Section 5.4.
Special Tests. PWSC may establish special standards, conditions, and tests, including requirements for escrow payments or other financial arrangements with respect to some or all homes constructed by the Builder which in PWSC's opinion constitute a high risk. When PWSC deems it appropriate, PWSC may conduct periodic inspections of the Builder's homes.
Special Tests. The Owner or Construction Manager may stop the Work for the purpose of performing special inspections or tests. If any Work is determined to be defective or non-conforming as a result of any special inspections or tests, the Contractor shall correct the Work immediately and pay the costs of such inspections and tests, but no adjustment in the Contract Time shall be made. If the Work is found to be satisfactory and conforming to the Contract Documents, the Owner shall pay the cost of such inspections or tests and the Contract Time shall be equitably extended.
Special Tests. Either Party to this Agreement may also request a special test of any measurement equipment at its cost and expense. In such event, the Parties shall cooperate to secure prompt verification of accuracy of the equipment.

Special Tests. 1.30.1 In addition to the routine tests The Contractor shall carry out the following test on both the transformers: ✓ Partial discharge test (as per IEC: 270) Partial discharge should not exceed 10 pico coulombs at 1.1 times the maximum system voltage. The test shall be done after completing all dielectric tests.
1.30.2 The following tests shall be carried out on all transformers: ✓ Measurement of acoustic sound level (as per IEC:551) ✓ Measurement of zero-sequence impedance on three phase transformers (as per IEC:76).
1.30.3 Short Circuit Test (as per IEC: 60076): - The Contractor shall submit type test certificate for short circuit test on a similar rating transformer, along with the tender.
1.30.4 The Contractor shall furnish test certificates on fire resistant property as per SANS or international standards, tested at independent laboratories/test houses on similar transformers.
1.30.5 The Contractor shall carry out life evaluation test on Insulating materials for ageing characteristics.
