The Director of Secondary and Post-Secondary Partnerships at Dutchess Community College and the Director of Transfer Admissions at Le Moyne College will be designated as contact persons to coordinate the activities of this transfer arrangement. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITY. A. As set forth in Section 5, the Coordinator of Transfer Services at Onondaga Community College and the Associate Director of Transfer Admissions at Le Moyne College will be designated as contact persons and coordinators of this transfer arrangement. These designated representatives shall meet, as needed, to discuss the relationship and responsibilities established by this agreement. Both agree to act as agents responsible for implementing this agreement; identifying and recommending any changes for subsequent agreements to the academic administration at both institutions; communicating changes to prospective faculty members, advisors, counselors, and others to whom the information is pertinent; arranging special orientation/advisement sessions and/or individual student appointments for interested students; reviewing, updating and maintaining advising guides for students; and, for conducting a periodic review of this agreement. In addition, these designated representatives, in consultation with the administration at both institutions, shall identify and gather relevant data on, but not limited to, the nature of students enrolling in identified 2 + 2 associate/baccalaureate degree paths, enrolling as traditional transfer students and taking advantage of the reverse transfer credit opportunity. The data will be compiled in periodic reports and provided to the administration of both OCC and LMC to assist in monitoring the flow of students between the two institutions.

Related to SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITY

  • Authority’s Responsibilities Authority will perform maintenance and repairs to the parking lot and concrete paving of the Common Use Areas and will perform maintenance and repairs to the Cargo Building, including (1) the roof (structure and membrane), foundation, load bearing walls, and other structural elements; and (2) exterior maintenance (painting and landscaping). Authority retains the right, after giving reasonable advance notice to Company, to enter upon the Premises to perform any repair thereon, including utilities, which serves, in whole or in part, areas other than the Premises. Authority will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Company’s activities.

  • Specific Responsibilities In addition to its overall responsibility for monitoring and providing a forum to discuss and coordinate the Parties’ activities under this Agreement, the JSC shall in particular:

  • Patent Filing Responsibilities and Costs 1. The invention and patent rights herein apply to any patent application or patents covering an invention made under this Agreement. Each Party is responsible for its own costs of obtaining and maintaining patents covering sole inventions of its employees. The Parties may agree otherwise, upon the reporting of any invention (sole or joint) or in any license granted.

  • COUNTY’S RESPONSIBILITIES A. A County program liaison will monitor the submission of all correspondence required in this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

The School shall have the total responsibility for planning and determining the adequacy of the educational experience of students in theoretical background, basic skill, professional ethics, attitude and behavior, and will assign to the Facility only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of the School’s curriculum.

  • CITY’S RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1. The CITY shall designate in writing a project coordinator to act as the CITY's representative with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement (the "Project Coordinator"). The Project Coordinator shall have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define the CITY's policies and decisions with respect to the CONTRACTOR's services for the Project. However, the Project Coordinator is not authorized to issue any verbal or written orders or instructions to the CONTRACTOR that would have the effect, or be interpreted to have the effect, of modifying or changing in any way whatever:

  • CITY’S RESPONSIBILITY 7.1 The City shall provide information regarding its requirements for the Project, with reasonable promptness to avoid delay in the orderly progress of the Work.

  • SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor will adhere to all applicable CalOSHA requirements in performing work pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor agrees that in the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor will provide for the safety needs of its employees and will be responsible for maintaining the standards necessary to minimize health and safety hazards.
