Students who transfer to WVU from Affiliate prior to earning their associate degree will be eligible to participate in the Reverse Transfer initiative, so long as they have residency at Affiliate to make them eligible. 4.2. Reverse Transfer may be prescribed as part of a transfer guide or for those students who transfer organically.

Reverse Transfer. This transfer articulation agreement will be honored in the event students from the College transfer to the University prior to graduation from the College and then subsequently complete their Associate degree through the reverse transfer process.
Reverse Transfer. TTU will utilize the developed reverse transfer credit process that includes the methodology to notify students after they have completed at least 30 hours at the AC. This is subject to the process set forth in Section 3(d) of this Agreement.

(2) Handling of reversed transfers and returning of the reversed Transfer Amounts under the preceding Paragraph shall be in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 5. (3) In the case of Paragraph 1, the Transfer Amounts may not be reversed if the financial institute to which the Transfer is to be made has already received a transfer notice. In such case, please confer with the recipient.

Reverse Transfer. In order to facilitate the reverse articulation of credit to eligible BCD students who transfer to LU prior to earning an associate degree at BCD, the Parties agree to encourage the reverse transfer of credit from LU to BCD in order to allow said students to complete requirements for an associate degree in accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 61.833. This reverse transfer of credit is specifically designed to allow students to complete the requirements of an associate degree even after transferring from Second Party: Xxxxx College District Page 1 of 6 Articulation – Ver.1 BCD and prior to completion of the baccalaureate degree. To facilitate the reverse transfer of credit, the Parties agree that: a. At an interval agreed upon by both Parties, LU will review its student records and determine which students are eligible for the reverse articulation of credit. BCD and XX will work together to establish a timeline for record exchange, including original submission and the schedule of repeated academic record submissions; b. In accordance with the requirements of Section 61.833 of the Texas Education Code, LU shall notify its matriculated students of the reverse transfer opportunity at BCD and request authorization from the student for LU to release the student’s academic course information to BCD for the purpose of determining whether the student has earned the required credits for an associate degree offered by BCD; c. Upon its receipt of a student’s signed consent, LU will provide BCD with information on transfer students to help BCD officials determine students who could benefit from reverse transfer of courses and BCD will provide LU with information about degrees awarded as a result of reverse transfer, subject to applicable state and federal laws. d. Upon its receipt of LU transcript information, BCD will conduct a degree audit of each eligible student and evaluate all coursework that may apply to the completion of the student’s associate degree at BCD. BCD will notify each student that he or she is eligible to receive an associate degree and eligible to participate in BCD’s graduation ceremony. e. BCD will collaborate with LU on the services listed above, provide the necessary contact information for students, and report any problems or challenges to the designated LU representative in a timely manner. f. Separate academic records for students will be maintained at each institution.
Reverse Transfer. The Registrar or other office at A&M-COMMERCE will collaborate with the District Office of Academic and Student Records at Dallas College district office to share information, as permitted by law, about students enrolled at (the "University") who could have sufficient hours to receive an Associate’s degree from Dallas College. (The Registrar or other office at the University) will: (1) process the reverse transfer transcripts in both the Fall and Spring semesters after grades have been posted and after students have met 60 credit hours. Reverse Transfer. This transfer articulation agreement will be honored in the event students from HCC transfer to Lehman prior to completion of their HCC associate degree and subsequently obtain their associate degree through HCC’s reverse transfer process. Lehman will work collaboratively with HCC to communicate with students who have transferred from HCC prior to associate degree completion, so that the reverse transfer process can be activated.
Reverse Transfer. As with the extant Transfer Pathways MOU, students entering the program who complete at least 30 credits at XXXXXX, and successfully complete a cumulative total of 60 credits earned between their county college and a four-year institution, may be awarded an associate degree retroactively in accordance with the "Comprehensive State-Wide Transfer Agreement," a process known as reverse transfer.
Reverse Transfer. ESU will encourage CCP transfer students to complete the appropriate associate degree before matriculation to ESU in order to take advantage of this Agreement. If the CCP student chooses to transfer and matriculate to ESU before completion of the associate degree, ESU will encourage reverse transfer and use the reverse transfer credit process mutually agreed upon by both ESU and CCP, in the Statewide Reverse Transfer Agreement.
