SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. During the term of this Work Order, Contractor shall provide ICMS in accordance with procedures approved by DHS, and consistent with laws, regulations, current health and mental health best practices and standards, and DHS’ Supportive Housing Services Master Agreement. Specifically, Contractor shall provide ICMS services that include, but are not limited to, the following activities and responsibilities:

SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Computer and Operations services to provide finance accounting for the Client’s commercial leasing portfolio and Product/Sales training and consulting services to develop a commercial leasing portfolio. Fees for these services are negotiable and are not included below.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. First Citizens will ensure compliance of all regulatory provisions specified in REG E when providing our EFT Error claim service.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Large Dollar Signature Verification function consists of a daily review of large dollar items that posted on the previous business day. Large dollar item signatures are compared to the account signature cards in order to make a determination of the authenticity of the signature on the check. * The function is parameter driven and items may fall outside the parameters or the analyst may fail to recognize an item that should be returned during daily review that may result in a loss. The client bank will assume the liability for any losses. ** Loss Prevention Services will have the authority to contact the client bank customers directly when necessary.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CONSULTANT shall provide project work as deemed appropriate by Xxx Xxxxx and can include, but not be limited to, the following services: Support for business development transactions, focusing on integration Support on preparation of 2010 Strategic Plan Work in conjunction with the May SLT Meeting OMR implementation, tracking and metric development/evolution Meeting 2009 Operating Plan and Imperatives TERM OF THE AGREEMENT: January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009. Term may be extended for additional periods by mutual written agreement of the parties.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx agrees to provide skilled and experienced advocacy services on behalf of your child, (child’s name). Services will be delineated on the “Summary of Advocacy Services” form which is completed by the client and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx at the initial consultation meeting.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Local education agency (LEA) will implement school-based testing in K-12 school sites in Los Angeles County. XXX Subcontractor will administer on- the-ground logistics for the implementation of a testing program, including planning and designing a testing program and protocol; conducting outreach to students, families and communities; conducting registration and consent for testing; administering and/or coordinating testing; providing notification of results to individuals tested; providing weekly testing data reports to LACOE, providing monthly financial reporting to LACOE; reporting positive results to Public Health via LACDPH existing protocols and requirements; and providing data dashboards to monitor cases and contacts, identify outbreaks, and summarize findings. County (LACDPH) and LACOE will routinely monitor XXX Subcontractor’s progress in all elements of the project through routine reports and meetings. XXX Subcontractor will be required to report weekly on Subcontractor’s programmatic progress and monthly for financial reports.
SPECIFIC SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. The following services will be provided to Client by Agency:
a) Familiarize ourselves through research with Client objectives and philosophies; the Client’s products, services and markets; and their corporate and marketing strategies.
b) Provide website hosting and online tracking software services for all Client online and telecom marketing initiatives.
c) Exclusively negotiate all media/product placement agreements with online affiliate networks participating in Client programs.
d) Help define and develop marketing objectives. Create communications plans and estimates based on those objectives.
e) Provide all creative, production and media services to develop advertisements, as agreed to by the Client. Arrange for outside purchases such as photography, printing, illustration, voice over scripting/production, video production, etc., as needed.
f) Provide continuous account service and consultation to ensure proper completion of projects.
g) Coordinate all media projects, providing budget information and maintaining good relations with media representatives.
h) Bring to the Client’s attention any special media opportunities.
