Assignment Period. Unless this PA is sooner terminated, the initial WOC assignment period (which may be extended as provided in Part I, Section 5.b below) ends 2 years from the effective date of this PA. A project/WOC is considered assigned (for purposes of meeting the WOC Assignment Period limitation) when the WOC selection process is completed and the selection documentation has been submitted to the ODOT Procurement Office. All WOC assignments are tentative until negotiations are successfully completed, all required signatures have been obtained on the WOC, and ODOT has issued a notice to proceed to Consultant.
Assignment Period. 1. Assignments made in the first half-shift which do not extend into the second half-shift shall be paid one-half (1/2) of the daily temporary assignment pay shown in Paragraph III-B, below. 2. Assignments made in the first half-shift which extend into all or part of the second half-shift shall be paid the full daily temporary assignment payment shown in Paragraph III-B, below. 3. Assignments made in the second half of a shift shall receive one-half (1/2) of the daily temporary assignment payment regardless of the length of the tour.

Assignment Period. During the designated Self-Assignment period, assignments and meal plans are completed by Student utilizing the Self-Assignment process which allows students to apply for a room, pay the full $500 housing deposit, and select a room assignment online. Although a prospective Student may apply for a room up to a year in advance of the anticipated start date, the Self-Assignment process for the upcoming fall semester opens in late spring or early summer. Students who are new for the spring semester will be able to utilize the Self-Assignment process beginning in late fall or early spring. All students who have a completed this Agreement and who have paid the $500 security deposit will receive an e-mail informing them of the dates and instructions for the Self-Assignment process.  Manual Assignments: After the designated Self-Assignment period, room assignments and meal plans are completed by the University’s Housing staff.
Assignment Period. The minimum assignment period of an Investigative Officer on the Drug Task Force shall be three (3) years. An Investigative Officer is ineligible to return to the Drug Task Force for two (2) years after completing his or her assignment on the Drug Task Force.
